Polat Energy, Rolls-Royce sign Türkiye's largest energy storage deal

Polat Energy (Polat Enerji) said on Wednesday it had signed Türkiye's largest battery energy storage system (BESS) supply agreement with Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, with a capacity of 132 MWh, to increase the storage capacity at the Goktepe wind power plant.
The Goktepe plant is located in Yalova in northwestern Turkey.
