A fixed monthly tariff will be applied to electricity in Azerbaijan.
This is reflected in the amendment to the Law "On Electric Power" approved by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
According to the law, a fixed tariff is a monthly tariff element applied to each consumer in order to cover the part of fixed costs determined by the regulator that does not depend on the level of electricity consumption.
