Within the framework of the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) held in Khankandi city, Kazakhstan has signed the Charter of the ECO-UNIDO Clean Energy Center located in Baku.
It was highlighted that the summit was an important stage in deepening regional cooperation.
