In 2025, Azerbaijan’s solar power plants generated 599.8 million kWh of electricity.
Renewables.az reports, citing operational data released by the Ministry of Energy, this figure represents an increase of 43.5 million kWh, or 7.8%, compared to 2024.
It is worth noting that last year, solar power plants operated by “AzerEnerji” OJSC (“Nakhchivan Energy” LLC) generated 61.1 million kWh of electricity.
