In the first quarter of this year, “Azerenerji” OJSC produced 6.0768 billion kWh of electricity.
According to operational data on electricity indicators released by the Ministry of Energy, this is 308.2 million kWh, or 4.8%, less compared to the same period last year.
Of the total electricity generated by “Azerenerji,” 5.5586 billion kWh was produced at thermal power plants (-3.2%), 508.1 million kWh at hydroelectric power plants (-21.2%), and 10.1 million kWh at solar power plants (-26.8%).
