A meeting was held between AzerEnerji OJSC Chairman Baba Rzayev and delegations led by Charles Cormier, Director for Europe and Central Asia at the World Bank.
During the meeting, discussions focused on the current status of the AZURE (Azerbaijan Scaling-Up Renewable Energy Project) project, upcoming steps, and the importance of accelerating its implementation.
The sides also exchanged views on the integration of large-scale renewable energy projects into Azerbaijan’s power grid, as well as the prospects for further cooperation in the energy sector.
