Biomass and waste-to-energy generation increases in Azerbaijan

In January-July this year, power plants operating on biomass and waste incineration generated 141 million kWh of electricity.

Renewables.az, citing the State Statistics Committee, reports that this is 6.7% higher than in the same period last year.
