WIN EURASIA, the meeting point of technologies shaping the future of the manufacturing industry, was held at the Istanbul Expo Center from May 28 to 31, 2025.
With the motto “Driven by Automation,” the trade fair connected more than 700 brands from 14 countries and 40,243 visitors and more than 200 hosted buyers. Spanning fields such as electrical and energy automation, robotic technologies, digital factories, welding systems, and more, the trade fair generated millions of dollars in business volume and once again proved to be a guiding platform for the industry. WIN EURASIA, accompanying the industrial transformation journey for 31 years with consistent growth, was held at the Istanbul Expo Center with the motto “Driven by Automation.” The opening ceremony of the trade fair, which supports the transformation of the manufacturing industry, was attended by Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Zekeriya Çoştu, President of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) Şekib Avdagiç, Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Machinery Federation (MAKFED) Adnan Dalgakıran, and Chairman of the Board of Hannover Fairs Turkey Annika Klar.
Hosted in 6 halls over a total area of 55,000 m², the trade fair welcomed more than 700 exhibiting brands and over 40,243 visitors. It featured B2B meetings and created opportunities for multi-million-dollar new business partnerships. International exhibitors participated from Germany, China, Denmark, France, India, Italy, Spain, Japan, Korea, Serbia, Slovakia, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan. This year, Saudi Arabia participated with a national pavilion for the first time.
Smart Production Technologies from 5G to Artificial Intelligence were Showcased
As part of WIN EURASIA 2025, the Industrial Artificial Intelligence Special Area and the 5G Arena, implemented in collaboration with Türk Telekom and Nokia, offered visitors a chance to experience cutting-edge technologies firsthand. At this special platform, which featured more than 40 brands, 5G integrations and AI-supported smart production models developed to global standards were exhibited. With Nokia’s Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) technology creating a 5G coverage area, industrial use cases were presented live and in real-time.
Female Welders Stood Out with Live Demonstrations
The Welding Application Special Area, which showcased the latest advancements in welding technology, attracted attention with live demos and panels. Companies conducted live welding demonstrations in their designated spaces, allowing visitors to experience the technologies firsthand. Additionally, thanks to collaborations with universities and vocational institutions, industry-focused panel sessions were held. One of the most remarkable moments was a live welding demonstration by the woman artist collective Atölye20, highlighting the powerful intersection of industry and art.
Hydrogen and Power Transmission Technologies Took Center Stage
Hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, which play a strategic role in the transition to renewable energy, were featured in a dedicated Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Special Area. Companies offering solutions and services in this field presented their products and technologies. Power transmission technologies were also explored in detail through a special forum area created in collaboration with Moneta Publishing. The forum hosted expert speakers who discussed the latest developments and application examples from various industries.
“Industry & Art” Inspired Visitors
This year marked the celebration of the “Industry & Art” theme at WIN EURASIA. This special project, which merged industry and art, inspired visitors with a series of impressive events. Renowned poet and author Sunay Akın gave a talk titled “Industry & Art”, where he discussed how art influences industry and vice versa, sharing human stories between the two worlds in his unique style. Artist Bager Akbay explored the fusion of art and technology in his talk “Robots That Paint.” His specially developed robotic arm performed live painting sessions throughout the trade fair. Additionally, the Metal Sculpture Exhibition by Atölye20 showcased how industrial materials can be transformed into aesthetic art forms. Curated by Atölye20 founders Sevgi and Hayri Karay, the exhibition featured striking works by artists such as Arzu Ertekin Demir, Pembe Tüzüner, Nilüfer Şatana, Neslihan Demircioğlu, Aysun Erten, Şule Zeybek, and Özlem Başer.
Projects Shaping the Future Were Awarded
The WINovation Competition, held in collaboration with ENOSAD as part of WIN EURASIA, rewarded innovative ideas. Projects competing across 10 categories, from production to design and from services to social innovation, stood out with their potential to shape the future. Among the finalists, E3 Tam won first place with its Automatic Rim Recognition and Finishing System, Conrad took second place with its A2-GEO metal detector, and MİS Automation came third with its Inspect People project.
Business Opportunities with Saudi Arabia Were Explored
Saudi Arabia participated for the first time with a national pavilion at WIN EURASIA, presenting its transformation in the industrial sector based on advanced production technologies to the audience. The pavilion included major institutions such as the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM), the Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), the National Industrial Development Center, the Saudi Export Development Authority, and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. Information about large-scale investments and industrial transformation in sectors such as automotive, aviation, renewable energy, and food production were shared. During a special networking event held on May 29, deputy ministers from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources presented Saudi Arabia’s strategic roadmap toward advanced manufacturing solutions. The event discussed topics like digitalization, automation, integration of smart production systems, and opportunities for international cooperation.
The B2B platform honored with the Strategic Transformation Award took the trade fair experience to the next level
With the WIN EURASIA B2B platform, which received the Strategic Transformation Award, exhibitors and visitors were connected through AI-powered smart matching algorithms based on their interests via the platform that was made accessible before the event. Premium-positioned companies significantly increased both booth traffic and brand visibility thanks to advanced digital services. A total of 1,137 B2B meetings have been organized through the platform resulted in concrete business collaborations at the trade fair, highlighting the event’s commercial success.
Chinese Logistics Technologies Showcased at WIN EURASIA
For the first time this year, Chinese Logistics Technologies were introduced at WIN EURASIA by the Zhejiang Province Department of Commerce. The event featured 10 brands from the Zhejiang region specializing in logistics AGV systems, parking technologies, and logistics solutions. The next sectoral gathering organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey will be HOW – Hub of Warehouse trade-fair, which will showcase all solutions for the Next Generation Warehouse Systems and Intralogistics sector. The trade-fair is scheduled to take place for the first time at the Istanbul Expo Center from 18–20 September 2025 and can be registered online via hubofwarehouse.com.
