Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov paid a visit to Italy. The Minister will attend the inaugural ministerial meeting of World Fusion Energy Group (WFEG) of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which will be held on November 6 in Rome.
The event, co-chaired by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi, will host an exchange of views on adopting an inclusive and global approach to developing thermo-nuclear energy and promoting global efforts within the WFEG.
A speech by the Minister of Energy and bilateral meetings are planned to take place within the meeting.
